The addressee was Mr. Miles Sholley, Hughson, California.
The message states the following:
5 April 1914.
Dear Friend Miles,
Well how are you’re out their? I thought I want to drop you a card wants to let you know that we are all Well at Present. and Hope this will find you’rs the same. We Received your Picture in good Shape. and was Very much Pleased with them. and thank you’rs very much for the,. its to bad. that they didn’t let you know any sooner. they were just saying. then I though I would answer once. they want to Write you latter. Well How is every thing out their? I wouldn’t care if I would be out their to. Hope to hear from you soon and don’t wait as long as I did.
