Millersburg, Pennsylvania, 16 September 1911 — An Italian workman, whose name is unknown, sustained a serious injury to his right ankle Thursday when a dinkey engine left the rails on the Midland Pennsylvania Railroad. His leg was caught between the engine and the ties.
