Mrs. Emma Crawley, age 87, of Center Street, Wiconisco, died 4 January 1952 at 5:15 P.M. at her home, death was due to old age and complications. Mrs. Crawley had been in failing health for the past few years. She was a resident of Wiconisco about 75 years, the daughter of Andrew Dodd and Emma Dodd. She was born in Shropshire, England, 26 February 1864. She was married to Philip Crawley who preceded her in death 28 years ago. Surviving are a brother Andrew Dodd and many nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the Methodist Church of Wiconisco. The funeral was held Monday afternoon at 2 P.M. from the Reiff and Helt Funeral Home, Rev. James Mort, officiating. Burial was made in the Wiconisco Cemetery.
Mrs. Crawley was the oldest living resident in Wiconisco. She was one of nine children brought to this country from England in 1877 by Mr. Andrew Dodd and Emma Dodd.
