The adviser of the club was Mrs. Gilbert, who appears in the front row at far right. While the other individuals who were photographed here have not been specifically identified, the following were the members of the band, by instrument or section,at the time the picture was taken:
Piano: Betty Lou Hoffman.
Violin: Jackie Speers.
Clarinets: Betty Killinger; Jane Wallace; Jackie Grimm; Joan Rowe.
Trumpets: Joe Sweigard; Karl Kocher; Doris Straw.
French Horn: Lee Urich.
Trombones: Kathryn Arms; Kenneth Arms; Loren Sweigard.
Baritone: Marlin Wilbert.
Drums: Clifford Lebo; Robert Singer.
In some cases, such as where only one person plays an identifiable instrument, it is possible to match a name with an individual pictured.
