The Pennsylvania Death Certificate of F. A. Robinson (1898-1920), of Redwood, California, who was killed on 27 September 1920, when his Air Mail Plane hit a telephone wire stretched across the Susquehanna River south of Millersburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
The conclusion of the coroner as to what caused his death:
Compound fracture of the skull over the eye. He was driving an aeroplane and came in contact with telephone wires stretched from Berries Mountain to Mt. Patrick Mountain, Buffalo Township. Accidental.
Officially, the death occurred in Upper Paxton Township, Dauphin County.
