Rev. Tilghman Derr served as minister of David’s Church, Killinger, Dauphin County, from 1888 to 1893.

Tilghman Derr was born in Lewis Township, Northumberland County, March 9, 1843. For a time he supplied St. John’s Reformed Church, Danville. His health failed him and he went west for one and on-half years. He was then called to his home congregation which he served for six years. He served the following charges: Berwick, Conyngham, Millersburg, Lock Haven, and Rohrerstown, all in Pennsylvania. He died in Lancaster, April 17, 1915.
His picture was obtained from Miss Gertha Derr, his daughter, who lives [1950] at 313 College Avenue, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
