A 2010 photograph of the section of the Gratz History Mural featuring building built about 1889 that throughout most of its history was used as a butcher shop and a mercantile business (country store). It is presently occupied by the local historical society.
On May 30, 2005, a 75-foot wall mural entitled “A Walk Through History” was dedicated in the Community Building in Gratz, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, commemorating 200 years of Gratz history and recognizing the people from the past and present who together have made Gratz “a place to call home.” A small portion of the mural is pictured above.
