A series of four photographs from GoogleMaps, street view, of the American Legion Building in Lykens, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The photographs were taken in 2018, near the end of the time that the Legion occupied the building. The building was originally built in 1922 as the Loyal Order of Moose Home and housed the 1000-seat Moose Theatre.
The first photo, above, shows the façade of the building.
The second photo is a close-up of the sign identifying the John Yanascok Post 124 of the American Legion. A letter board, with missing letters, spells out the message, “SUPPORT UR TROUP.”
The third view is looking southeast and shows the front and part of the west wall of the building.
The final view is looking southwest and shows the expansive east-facing wall with the theatre part of the building.
