Charles H. Harman
Squire Harman was born in Lykens Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and came to Wiconisco in 1880. In 1899 he was elected Justice of the Peace of that township, which office he still holds. He served as assessor from 1905 to 1913. It is Mr. Harman’s grandfather that is spoken of as assisting in the construction of the Lykens Valley Railroad.
