Samuel E. Deitrich
One of the very progressive and familiar citizens of Lykens is Mr. Samuel E. Deitrich. He is a native of this community and has at all times been instrumental. in and assisted many improvement steps of the present borough. By trade he is an accomplished tailor having put in thirty-two years at that business. At present he is connected with the Hensel Clothing House, where he has been during the course of his profession for the past seventeen years. In 1890 he graduated from the Wiconisco High School. Fraternally he is connected with several local organizations, among which is the Knights of Pythias of which lodge he is Degree Master. His keen opinion has been sought by many in regard to community and lodge affairs.
