James Light
Mr. Light is a native of Millersburg and a descendant of very early settlers. He has been a school teacher for twenty-seven years at the grammar school in Millersburg. At an early age he developed a desire to enter the photography business and up until 1872 was active in that line of work. A number of the illustrations appearing in this volume [Lykens-Williams Valley History] are the results of Mr. Light’s early activities, especially the picture of Wiconisco Canal taken in 1872.
