A newspaper photograph of an undated post card view of Main Street, looking west from the railroad, Tremont, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
The photo appeared in the Pine Grove Press-Herald, April 1, 1971 in its “Down Memory Lane” feature.
The caption included the following:
On the corner at right was the old Tremont Post Office in the old Moody building. The late W. E. Moody was postmaster then. This is now the site of the parsonage of St. John’s Lutheran Church, which is just beyond the post office building.
