A cut from the northwestern corner of an 1875 map of Lykens Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, showing the location of the 20 acre farm of Daniel Witmer. This land was part of the acreage that was granted to the Williard family by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It was from this farm that Charles Drum left to join Company I of the 177th Pennsylvania Infantry during the Civil War. After the Civil War, he sold the property to Daniel Good and moved back to Northumberland County, where he was originally from.
