In 1959-1960, it was leased by Lawrence “Louie” Brennan of Williamstown.
In 1960-1961, it was leased by Wayne Leitzel of Orwin, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania..
In 1961, it was leased by Francis “Sonny” Wiscount of Pine Grove, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. In 1976, it was still being operated by “Sonny” Wiscount.
