A 1907 photograph (recently colorized) of the Hotel Freck, Millersburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
The horse-drawn vehicle parked at left is a stagecoach, the public mode of transportation within Millersburg and to areas outside the town not served by the railroad. The horse-drawn buggy on the right was typical of the type of vehicle owned by individuals for personal transportation or that could be rented at local livery. None of the individuals pictured are identified.
