A kettle of boiling water fell upon and severely burned Raymond Morris Jr., 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Morris, East Locust Street, Mechanicsburg, former resident of Lykens, last week when the child pulled the kettle from a gas stove.
The child was sitting on a chair near the gas stove and in the absence of the mother managed to get on his feet in a high chair, lost his balance and in falling caught hold of the kettle, which fell upon the child. The child’s arms and right leg were badly burned by the water.
