A 1956 map showing the route of the Catawissa, WIlliamsport and Erie Railroad in relation to the location of the Lykens Valley area. However, there are no places within the Lykens Valley noted on the map. Harrisburg, Pottsville and Sunbury are named and the connecting rail lines are shown. Also shown is the unnamed Susquehanna River community of Dauphin Borough, with its rail line shown, that of the Dauphin and Susquehanna Railroad.
An enlargeable and downloadable copy of this map is available from the Library of Congress and/or the map collection of Ancestry.com.
