MRS. CHARLES KEITER
Mrs. Dorothy Keiter, age 33 years, 6 months and 18 days, of Washington Township, near Loyalton, died in a Harrisburg hospital last Friday evening. She has been in ill health several months.
Mrs. Keiter was a native and lifelong resident of the Loyalton community. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and of the Evangelixal Sunday School, Loyalton, and the P. O. S. of A. Lodge of that place. She was married to Charles Keiter, 22 January 1929.
Survivors are her husband and three children: Ruth Keiter, Helen Keiter, and Charles Keiter Jr., at home; her father, Jacob Hassinger; two brothers, Lester Hassinger and Homer Hassinger of near Loyalton; and her grandfathers, Aaron E. Hassinger of Loyalton and Joel Miller of Big Run.
Funeral services were held from the residence Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock with further services in the Loyalton Evangelical Church, Rev. P. A. Gottschalk, pastor of the Elizabethville Evangelical Charge officiated, and interment was made in St. John’s Church Cemetery in Berrysburg.
