SCHUYLKILL MEMORY LANE QUIZ
Clue: The sisters this week were born at Orwin and spent much of their lives there. The one on the right celebrated her 87th birthday by having her first plane flight to visit her grandson and daughter in Florida. The one on the left, now 93, is living in Pottsville. Both are in good health. They remember – do you?
Answer: Last week’s sisters were Mrs. Emma Gamber, mother of Mrs. Lillian Hobbs, Pottsville, and Mrs. John [Scully] Heartter, the former Edna Hornish and Emma Hornish.
