An undated photograph of a home that was built on the 78 acre property in Lykens Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, that in 1875 was owned by Elias Thomas. This home was built in 1880 and supposedly replaced a log house formerly on this property.
The property was part of a larger tract of 320 acres patented by Peter Schoffstall in 1812.
None of the people in the above photograph have been identified
The location of the Elias Thomas farm is shown on the 1875 map cut above of the northwest corner of Lykens Township.
