A photograph of the first airplane (or aeroplane) in Elizabethville, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. It was shipped un-assembled to the railroad station from Bath, New York. Once assembled, it took off from Elizabethville on 17 September 1913, piloted by Walter E. Johnson, shown at the controls, and landed at the Gratz Fair.
