ELIZABETHVILLE — The Elizabethville Bicentennial History Committee has completed its book The History of Elizabethville and Washington Township 1817-2017.

The book also includes information about the Elizabethville CCC Camp, Amish, historical homes of Elizabethville, significant events of the area, Elizabethville‘s presidential connections, last 50 years in review, and some first and oddities. There are also other topics on a wide range of interests.
The book is priced at $40. The book is available at the Elizabethville Historical Society, 100 East Main Street (open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first and third Saturdays in June and every Saturday in July, and until the end of the Bicentennial Celebration in August).
