LYKENS WOMAN KILLED IN FALL FROM PORCH
Mrs. Emma Kreiner, 71, was fatally injured when she fell from a second floor balcony at her home, North Market Street, Lykens.
Mrs. Kreiner, it was stated, was shaking small rugs when the balcony railing gave way, and she fell onto a concrete walk.
She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Hawk, and was a lifelong resident of Lykens. Her husband, William Kreiner, preceded her in death.
Survivors are one son, Chester Kreiner, Brooklyn, New York; a daughter, Mrs. Floda Trout, of Philadelphia; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Ida Evans, of Wiconisco, and Mrs. Margaret Hawk, of Lykens.
Funeral services will be held from the residence at 2 o’clock this afternoon, Rev. R. J. Harrity, pastor of the Lykens Reformed Church will officiate and interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown.
