Fr. James F. Clark was pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Williamstown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, from 1910 to 1932. During his tenure he carried out plans for a new Catholic cemetery, built the Sacred Heart School, and made extensive improvements to the church and rectory in 1922 and again in 1925.
