MRS. GRACE F. DAY
Mrs. Grace F. Day, age 65 years, wife of Robert J. Day, died at her home in Millersburg last Wednesday morning. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Millersburg.
Mrs. Day was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fitch and was a native of Philadelphia.
She had served more than thirty years as head of the Millersburg Red Cross and Millersburg Welfare Association, and was a Past Matron of the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors are her husband, one son, David W. Day of Washington, D.C.,; two brothers, Harry Fitch and Robert Fitch, and a sister, Mrs. Nelson Perry, all of Philadelphia.
Services were held from the Sterner Funeral Home, Millersburg, at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon. Rev. J. W. Emerick, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Millersburg, officiated, and interment was made in Oak Hill Cemetery at that place.
