A 2010 photograph of the section of the Gratz History Mural featuring Simeon’s Church. This church was built on land donated by Simon Gratz and served the Lutheran and Reformed congregations of Gratz for many years until uniting as a Lutheran church.
On May 30, 2005, a 75-foot wall mural entitled “A Walk Through History” was dedicated in the Community Building in Gratz, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, commemorating 200 years of Gratz history and recognizing the people from the past and present who together have made Gratz “a place to call home.” A small portion of the mural is pictured above.
