Halifax, Pennsylvania
The Halifax National Bank was organized under charter dated October 20, 1900. The bank moved into this new building at 3rd and Market Street, Halifax, Pennsylvania, in December of 1912. The bank was capitalized at $25,000, involving 250 shares at $100 par value per share. There were 38 original shareholders.
