Idella M. [Dietrich] Eagle (1902-1948) – Wife of Williams Valley Transportation Official

MRS. CHARLES A. EAGLE

Mrs. Idella M. Eagle, 46, died suddenly at her home in Williamstown, Friday.  She was the wife of Charles A. Eagle, official of the Williams Valley Transportation Company.

Mrs. Eagle was a daughter of Mrs. Agnes [Zerby] Dietrich, of Wiconisco, and the late Isaac Dietrich.  She was a member of the Williamstown United Brethren Church.

Survivors are her husband, and one son, LaMar Eagle, of Williamstown.  Other survivors are her mother, and the following brothers and sisters:  Joseph Dietrich, and Mrs. Abe Whitcomb, Williamstown; Howard Dietrich, Isaac Dietrich, and Carl Dietrich, of Wiconisco; Mrs. Emma Foster, Berwick; James Dietrich, of Windber; Miss Sarah Dietrich, and Calvin Dietrich, both of Harrisburg.

Services were held from the Lyons Funeral Home, Williamstown at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon.  Rev. C. W. Horner, pastor of the Williamstown Evangelical United Brethren Church officiated and interment was made in Fairview Cemetery at that place.
