An undated post card picturing “The National Clock.”
Greatest Religious and Historical Exhibit on Tour
Supported by Donation
It took Millersburg resident Jacob A. Light eighteen years to carve this three-panel “wonder” using only a penknife. The clock was sold to Harry Smith of Gratz who exhibited it and after Smith’s death it had various owners. Eventually, in 2013, it was sold at auction and acquired by the Millersburg Historical Society where it is now on permanent exhibit in its museum
