Jacob M. Miller
Mr. Miller was born in Lykens, 18 November 1868; he attended the Wiconisco High School. Mr. Miller entered business in Lykens about 1890 conducting a general store and continuing in this business up until 1919. He has been a Notary Public since 1903 and representative of a number of fire insurance companies since 1903, Tax Collector of Lykens Borough in 1921 and Treasurer of the Borough about eighteen years. He is Treasurer of the Saving Fund and Loan Corporation since 1908 and Treasurer of the I.O.O.F. about fifteen years. In 1903 he began business with general real estate in an about the town and valley and today is counted as an able authority on that subject. Fraternally he is a member of Aslar Lodge No. 570 F. & A.M. also of the Modern Woodmen of America.

I️ have found a 1911 savings and loan corporation Lykens , pa certificate of stock two shares worth $100 each .
There is probably no value to this however I️ am curious about the history behind the note it is signed by a Miller does anyone save these ?
