FUNERAL FRIDAY FOR WORLD WAR VETERAN
John Elmer Dietrich, age 47 years, a World War veteran, died at his home in Williamstown, Monday.
During the World War he served as a member of Company F, 314th Infantry, of the 79th Division.
He was a son of Isaac Dietrich and Sarah [Shomper] Dietrich, and was a native of Washington Township.
Survivors are his mother, and the following brothers and sisters: George Dietrich and Harry Dietrich and Mrs. Harold Clough of Lykens R. D.; Samuel Dietrich and Mrs. Clarence Miller of Williamstown; Charles Dietrich, at home; Mrs. Carl Reismiller, of Mt. Carmel; Mrs. Joseph Ulsh and Mrs. Andrew Tschopp, of Elizabethville.
Funeral services will be held from the residence at 2:00 o’clock Friday afternoon. Rev. Albert Stinner, pastor of the Lykens Baptist Church will officiate and interment will be in the P. O. S. of A. Cemetery at Lykens.
