Certificate of TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This is to Certify, that John F. Kissinger of the 8th ANTHRACITE COAL DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA, having having approved before us this 19 day October 1929 and having been duly examined by us is hereby declared competent to be employed as a Miner in the Anthracite Coal Mines of this Commonwealth Agreeable to an act of Assembly of May 9, 1889, entitled, “An Act to provide for the examination of Miners in the Anthracite region of this Commonwealth, and to prevent the employment of incompetent persons as Miners in anthracite Coal Mines.
