A 1904 musical and comedy program at Loyalton, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania with the Adams Brothers included at least one act in black-face.
The program was put on for the benefit of the Patriotic Order of the Sons of American (P. O. S. of A.), which was a native-born, whites-only organization that re-enforced their racist beliefs in their revised national constitutions of 1934 and 1946.
At the time of this posting, not much more is known about the Adams Brothers or any of the specific acts in their program.
An article describing the then upcoming program was published in the Elizabethville Echo of December 8, 1904:
ENTERTAINMENT AT LOYALTON
The following program, will be rendered at Loyalton, December 17th, for the benefit of W. C. [Washington Camp], No. 454, P. O. S. of A., by the Adams Brothers, Comedians, Musicians, Ventriloquists and Musicians.
Act 1 — Trouble in Household, by Mrs. Al Adams, Al Adams and Robert Adams.
Act 2 — Musical Selections, Willie Adams Jr.
Act 3 — Ventriloquist, Al Adams with his Little Talking Babies
Act 4 — Black-Face Monologue and Songs – by Robert Adams

Act 6 – Fritz, the Dutch Philosopher, by Bill Adams Sr.
Act 7 – Musical Sketch, Jake What and Mr. Did Not, by Robert Adams and Al Adams, introducing Banjos, Violins, Exelphone, Guitar and Mandolyn
Act 8 – Remarks by W. E. Adams.
Act 9 – The Funny Old Maid, by Al Adams
Act 10 – The Old Flag Never Touched the Ground, by Bob Adams.
Actg 11 – Trouble in a Boarding House, by Mrs. Al Adams, William Adams Jr., Bob Adams and Al Adams.
