A photo of the Loyalton, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, railroad station, was taken around 1930, but could have been taken earlier. It shows that the station had no “platform.” Passengers had to board the train from the dirt path alongside the track. This photo is also the only one found that shows both the track and the station.
There is a similar photo of the station, but without the track, and with the trees at a different height.
