A snapshot photograph of Melva Sitlinger (1901-1985) taken about the time of World War I on a sidewalk in front of a home on Main Street in Loyalton, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
Melva Sitlinger was Postmaster of Loyalton from 26 February 1940 through her retirement on 30 December 1963. The Post Office was located in the Harvey Snyder General Store on the southeast corner of Route 209 and the Crossroads (possibly the building on the right in the photo). She eventually moved the post office to her home, which was just a few doors east of the general store (possibly the building she is standing in front of in this photo).

Yes the building with the porch is part of the Harvey Snyder General Store and Post Office. The building behind Melva is the Loyalton Hotel, now a Penn Jersey Convience Store.
