The Millersburg Products Company was incorporated in 1945, when it purchased the Halifax Chair Seat Company factory, formerly owned and operated by the late John H. Klingman and his son L. Edward Klingman.
It was organized and is owned by Gilbert A. Long, president; Alfred M. Hawley, secretary; Fred R. Helwig, treasurer; Mark H. Miller, vice president; and Robert E. Woodside.
The Products Company is engaged in the manufacturing of footstools, luggage racks, screens and juvenile chairs. Its products are sold in every state in this country.
