Identified in the photo are (left to right): Martin Banks; Albert Thompson; Alfred Banks; Lawrence Baltimore; James Barnes; and Lawrence Toliver. Not pictured was Fountaine Washington. The group specialized in Negro Spirituals.
NEGRO SPIRITUALS TO SING IN RIFE CHURCH, SUNDAY
The well-known Prim Singers of Harrisburg will make their second appearance at Forney’s E.U.B. Church, Millersburg R.D. (Rife), on Sunday evening, April 18, 7:30 p.m. A fine program has been arranges including both old and new spiritual numbers.
The public is invited to attend. An offering will be taken.
