A colorized version of a black and white photograph taken about 1872 of the new lodge hall on Lot 12, West Market Street, Gratz, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The hall was built for the Odd Fellows (I. O. O. F.) but was used by other groups including the Grand Army of the Republic (G. A. R.) as well as for community events. After many uses up through about 1929, including as a general store, the property was purchased by Marlin Reed and Iva Reed, when it was converted into a furniture store and undertaking establishment.
A colorized version of a black and white photograph taken in the 1990s of the Reed’s Fine Furniture (and Undertaking) building on Lot 13, West Market Street, Gratz, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
