A photograph of the railroad stations at Herndon, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, as they appeared during the World War II era, 1941-1945. In the center is the Pennsylvania Railroad Station and just to the right-rear (north) is the Philadelphia and Reading Railroad Station.
The Reading station at Herndon was also referred to as the Trevorton Junction Station.
Both stations were located north of the Ferry Street crossing, and neither station exists today.
