An advertisement for Reading Railroad excursion trains to/from various points along the Reading lines in 1925. Most of the excursions were priced to/from Reading, Harrisburg or Pottsville. Note the one excursion to/from the “Coal Regions,” notably Lykens, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
The advertisement is in the form of a fan, which was provided to passengers as the 1925 form of keeping cool while riding the rails.
