REV. H. E. MILLER DIED AT LITITZ
Rev. Harry E. Miller, D.D., age 78, died at the home of his son, Rev. Paul A. Miller, Lititz, on Wednesday.
Rev. Miller had served as pastor of Salem’s Evangelical United Brethren Church, Lebanon, forty-one years, prior to his retirement three years ago. He was a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and the Bonebrake Theological Seminary, Dayton, Ohio, and had served as pastor of the United Brethren Churches at Elizabethville and Myerstown before becoming pastor of the Lebanon congregation. His wife, formerly Miss Laura Keiper of Elizabethville, died in 1941.
Survivors are two sons, Rev. Paul A. Miller, pastor of the Evangelical United Brethren Church, Lititz, and Frederick K. Miller, member of the faculty of Lebanon Valley College, Annville, and one granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held in Salem’s Evangelical United Brethren Church, Lebanon, at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon, and interment will be at Lebanon.
