Rev. Ralph E. Starr served as minister of David’s Church, Killinger, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, from 1919 to 1924.

Rev. Ralph E. Starr, the only living [in 1950] former pastor of this charge besides Rev. Frederick Seitz, was born February 28, 1894, in Upper Mahantango Township, Schuylkill County. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Starr, and was confirmed in Salem Reformed Church, Klingerstown. He was graduated from Franklin and Marshall Academy, College, and the Lancaster Theological Seminary. He was graduated from the Seminary May 13, 1920.
Rev. Mr. Starr went from Killinger to the Swatara Charge, Lebanon Classis, and from there to the Hain’s-Yocum Charge, Reading Synod, May 1, 1927, and is still faithfully serving that charge.
He married Miss Marie Buffington, December 1, 1918, and their marriage has been blessed by two children, Miriam Starr and Ralph Starr. Miriam is married [1950] and lives in Omaha, Nebraska. Ralph is now [1950] a student at Franklin and Marshall College.
