ROY C. WINKLEMAN
Roy C. Winkleman, age 40 years, died at his home in Pillow Sunday evening [1942].
Mr. Winkleman was a native of Hebe, and had been a resident of Pillow the past twelve years. He was a member of the Hebe Reformed Church, the Odd Fellows Lodge, of Red Cross; P. O. S. of A. Lodge, Hebe; the Millersburg Moose Lodge; Masonic Lodge of Lykens; and the Consistory and Shrine of Harrisburg. He was a charter member of the Pillow Fire Company, and was serving as fire chief of that borough at the time of his death.
Survivors are his wife, his father, Samuel Winkeman, two step-brothers, and two step sisters.
Funeral services were held from the residence Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Jacob Singer, pastor of the Herndon Reformed Charge officiated, and interment was made in the Hebe Cemetery.
