AGED GRATZ WOMAN DIED TUESDAY
Mrs. Sarah A. Kratzer, age 92 years, 9 months and 11 days, widow of Jacob Kratzer, died at her home in Gratz Tuesday morning, following a brief illness.
She was a native of Lykens Township, a daughter of the late John Laudenslager and Julian [Hoffman] Laudenslager, and was a member of the United Evangelical Church.
Survivors are a son, Clarence U. Kratzer, of Gratz; and two daughters, Mrs. Gertie Etzweiler, of Millersburg; and Miss Beulah Kratzer, of Gratz. Other survivors are ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held from the son’s residence in Gratz at 10 o’clock Friday morning with further services in the Gratz Evangelical Church, the pastor, Rev. H. A. Minnich officiating. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery in Pillow.
