POLICE: BOYS BURN CROSS ON LAWN
ELIZABETHVILLE – Two boys were charged on Wednesday for burning a 2-foot cross at 6 P.M., January 22 [2015) on a lawn in Washington Township.
State police at Lykens said two boys, 14 and 17, were responsible for a cross-burning incident at the residence of Ashley Brooks, 29, of 249 Greenfield Estates.
They were charged with ethnic intimidation, arson-reckless burning, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and criminal conspiracy.
The case will be handled by the Dauphin County Juvenile Court System.
