Barbers in Loyalton, Wiconisco, and Lykens, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, who belonged to the Pennsylvania League of Master Barbers, took out an ad in the Lykens Standard, March 17, 1966, indicating that new prices would become effective on April 1, 1966.
A haircut would cost $1.25; for children under 12, $1.00; and a flattop would cost $1.50.
