An undated photograph showing arches on Pottsville Street, Wiconisco, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The reason for the erection of these specific arches in not known. The initials on the arch in the foreground, “K. C. E.”, are unknown, but could be “K. G. E.”, and in that case would represent the group, Knights of the Golden Eagle.
The view is looking east.
