ELEANOR ADA ROWE
Eleanor Ada Rowe, 12 years, 11 months and 15 days, daughter of Richard Rowe and Dorothy Rowe of WIconisco Street, Wiconisco, died Saturday, October 29th [1932] at 10:45 A. M., at the Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg, death having been causes by peritonitis, with which she was afflicted for one week.
Surviving are the parents, two brothers, Kenneth Rowe and Herman Rowe, and two sisters, Elva May Rowe and Lois Rowe.
The funeral was held Tuesday at two o’clock with services at the home and the Calvary Evangelical Church, by the Rev. L. H. Yergey, and burial was made in the Wiconisco Cemetery.
Eleanor was a member of the seventh grade class of the Wiconisco Public School, which turned out in a body at the funeral.
Those who attended the funeral from out of town were: Mrs. Clara Schwartz, of Big Run; John Schwartz, Harrisburg; Mrs. Michael Kolva and Mrs. Arthur Clough, Big Run; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Rowe, Pittsburgh; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hoffman, Lykens; Mrs. Charles Hummel and son, Chester Hummel, Elizabethville; and Nellie Williams, Williamstown.
