JOHN B. RALPH
WILLIAMSTOWN – John B. Ralph, 41, of 136 E. Market Street, died Monday at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
He was an employee of Park Publishing Company, New York City, junior vice commander of American Legion Post 239, Williamstown; and a member of the Williamstown Military Band; the Liberty Hose Company No. 2 and Band, Lykens; the Reliance Hose Company No. 1, Elizabethville; the Marshalls Chess Club, New York City, and the Dauphin County Volunteer Firemen’s Association. He was affiliated with the United Methodist Church of Williamstown.
Surviving are two sons, Bryant Ralph and Steven Ralph, both of Harrisburg; his mother, Mrs. J. B. Ralph, of Williamstown; and a sister, Mrs. Virginia Hoffman, of Williamstown.
Services will be held Thursday at 11 a. m. at the funeral home at 134 E. Market Street with the Rev. Galen Klinger, pastor of the United Methodist Church of Ashland, and the Rev. Thomas J. Simpson, pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Williamstown, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Graveside services will be held by American Legion Post 239.
There will be no viewing.

Services for John B. Ralph, 41, of 136 E. Market Street, Williamstown, who died early Monday morning at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill, were held this morning from the J. B. Balph Funeral Home, Williamstown. Rev. Galen Klinger, United Methodist Church, Ashland, and Rev. Thomas J. Simpson, Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Williamstown, officiated. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown. Graveside services were conducted by American Legion Post 239.
Mr. Ralph was ill for a week.
He was a publishing consultant for the Park Publishing Company of New York City.
Mr. Ralph was a native of Williamstown, a son of Mrs. J. B. Ralph and the late J. Bryant Ralph. He was affiliated with the United Methodist Church.
Mr. Ralph was a member of VFW Post 6497, Williamstown, junior vice commander of Legion Post 239, Williamstown; member of the Williamstown Military Band, Liberty Hose Company No. 2 and Band of Lykens; reliance Hose Company No. 1 Elizabethville; Dauphin County Volunteer Firemen’s Association; Marshalls Chess Club, New York City.
