An undated, colorized photo of a billboard in Williamstown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, giving the names of all the men of the town and area who were serving in the United States Armed Forces in World War II.
Billboards of this type and design were found in several of the Lykens Valley area communities. The one in Williamstown was sponsored by the American Legion and was demolished several decades ago.
Unfortunately, the photo cannot be enlarged so that the names on the billboard can be read. If any blog reader can supply a list of the names, it can be published here.
